Description: Crisp and clean, cotton dress by Periwinkle USA. Black background with bright colored (red,yellow, green) roses, print. Has that 1940's peplum and style. The dress buttons in the back with 6 buttons, and has a 7 inch zipper in the skirt below the buttons, the peplum is left open, the dress is 43 inches from neck to hem, and is 38 inches around the bust armhole to armhole, the waist is 22 inches at rest, stretches to 30 inches, the peplum and the sleeves are banded in green cotton, the sleeve inseam is 7 inches. In unworn condition, the cotton is still very crisp. no holes no stains. This dress worn everyday, or dressed up with hat, gloves, purse, would be a perfect 1940's costume.
