Description: ART DECO - VINTAGE PEDESTAL LIGHTER, MADE IN JAPAN - Measuring about 3 1/2 inch high - Excellent for age condition, with some scuffs and spots with paint off, as per images - You can tell that it has been used, but still in presentable condition, especially with these Art Deco designs, I am listing about a dozen of vintage lighters and not knowing much about them, As far as working condition?, i examined each and it seems that they are in working condition, nothing brocken or missing, but most of them need fuel, stone etc., US Buyer please remit 7.00 for shipping plus insurance.THANKS.
