Description: This vintage ladies cloche style hat is made out of orange straw with a matching color veil. There is a 2" off-white band around it with 7 "X's" and 6 banded strings at the back. It has a tag by the United Hatters Cap & Millinery Workers International Union which shows it is a size 22A. This hat is in excellent condition.
