Rare 20mm diameter size. Especially produced in 1971 by Omega Germany to accomodate the largest Omega Chronographs. This buckle solves the problem of acquiring a strap for the 22mm lug to lug size.This buckle was produced to fill a gap in demand for the Omega chronograph to be worn on a strap, rather than the usual stainless bracelet.
