Description: Elegant Country leather purse by Nocona Boot Co. of Texas, legend has it that Nocona Boot Co. used to be one block from the Alamo. During WWII metal was impossible to get, so leather companies took old victorian purse frames and replaced the fabric with hand tooled leather to make unique purses such as this. In near mint condition, no holes no loss of lacing. Measures 6 inches high, and 5 inches wide. A beautifull embossed brass frame, with a lovely filagrede knob. The brass chain is 20 inches long can be double as shown or lengthen out to 20 inches. All leather lined with Nocona label on the inside. Thanks for shopping in the Land of Enchantment!
