Description: For sale is a vintage Native American sewing basket. This is a large basket and has a round wood spool holder inside. Looks Iroquoian; exterior colors are very faded but bottom and interior colors are still visible. It is 10 wide by 6.5 tall. Age est: late 19th, early 20th C. For display only now due to fragility of fibers, (some are worn and frayed; one split in lid and some loose fibers. Still displays nice.
