Description: This miniature marking gauge tool from the Collector's Series was made by Louis Marx & Co. (Marx Toys), U.S.A. circa 1960s.
Louis Marx and Company (aka Marx Toys) was an American Toy manufacturer from 1919-1978. During this time, their toys touched a lot of lives and left us with memories we will cherish forever.
The tool is still in it's blister package on a 3 colored card marked: Tools in Miniature by Marx/Tools To Treasure/Tools To Use. The card is badly damaged and has staples holding it together, rips and folds, as I have tried to show in my pictures and it measures 1 3/8 inches by 3 1/2 inches. An addition to any Vintage Marx Miniature Tool Collection.
