Description: This neoclassical mahogany table with variegated black, white and grey marble top features brass rosettes at the corners, and a carved, scalloped frieze with anthemion (or palmette) at the center. Original brass casters. Believed to date from the 1930s to 1950s. Measures 24" square and 27" high. Marble top is not affixed to the frame and rests flat with no wobbling or sliding. There are some nicks and scratches here an there, but the overall condition is very good. The spot seen on the right side of the skirt is sticky adhesive residue which will be safely removed. This item resides in Brooklyn NY and may be seen in person by appointment.
