Description:
This coat was made expressly for Tricosa of Paris. This is really neat piece, I would estimate the age to be from around the 1960's, it is made of 85% wool and 15% rayon. It is of course, extremely well made, inside seams doubled stitched as seen in the last picture, very hard to find piece with these three well known companies labels. It measures about 15 1/4" across the back shoulders not including the sleeves, the sleeve length is about 30" measuring from the middle of the back collar to the bottom of the sleeve, the bust measures about 18 1/2" across measuring from underneath the bottom of the sleeve, total length of the coat from top of the shoulder is about 40 1/2" long. It is in overall lovely condition, I do see three very tiny spots, two on the back of one sleeve and one on the back of the other sleeve that are threadbare, they are not noticeable unless you are really looking for them and would not affect wear as the inside of the sleeves are satin lined. It comes from a smoke free home and would be a terrific addition to your vintage wardrobe or collection!
