Description: This gorgeous bright green faux fur bowler or cloche style hat was designed by Elsa Schiaparelli in the late 1940's. Ms. Schiaparelli was a daring and flamboyant fashion designer who established a house of couture in Paris that existed from the late 1920's until 1954. She popularized brilliant colors and corroborated with the likes of Salvador Dali to design fabric, and Christian Dior, among many others. This hat is in EXCELLENT condition.
