Description: This vintage ladies dome hat is made out of black velvet and measures 21" on the inside band. There is a large velvet loop attached to the left side and a red silk rose on the right. The interior is lined with a gray satin material with a type of paisley pattern on it. There is a small dot tear in the velvet on the top of the hat, and the velvet is torn behind the red flower.
