Description: This is an 8 inch diameter rose design plate with an open lattice edge that is unmarked. It was handpainted and is signed T.Uchibora as near as I can make out. The color is bright with minimal scratching to the paint. There is minor wear to the gold edging. No chips or cracks are noted. This vintage lattice rose plate looks beautiful when displayed on a table or wall.
