Description: For sale is a vintage hand stitched geometric quilt. (age est: 1920's). This is a very interesting quilt. All hand stitched, (very tight intricate stitching and design). The fabric on the quilt appears to be made from either vintage men's dress shirts/ties or hankies! Some are silk. Not sure if this was just to be used as a blanket/throw, or as a bed topper. I think it would be great strewn over a white wicker chair! It is in good condition; just a few tiny faded spots on backside. It is 80 x 68 inches. It would also be nice folded horizontally at the foot of a bed in a guest or manly room! (picture #4 shows the backside). It has already been laundered, (it could be ironed to flatten it out a bit).
