Description:
This young girl at an apple tree with her basket will delight wall
pocket collectors. I believe she might have been a match holder.
The rough ribbed sides of the basket could be a striker. The girl
has a Hummel like quality about her, with a sweet face. The
condition is good with no damage to report. The whole piece
does have crazing as you often see in these older pieces. She
has some rough spots on some edges, but they all seem to have
been done in manufacturing. The bottom has a Made In Japan
hand stamp. This item will be shipped from Texas. It can
be combined with other items shipped from Texas to save on
postage.
