Description: For sale is a vintage porcelain pipe with wood stem and bone? bit. Likely German. The porcelain bowl appears to be hand painted and features 2 horses, 2 colonial dressed gents, and one farmer in a landscape setting. The bowl has a very tight hairline that you need a magnifier to see. Otherwise, it is in good overall vintage condition. The lid on the bowl appears to be nickle silver with brass finish, the brass finish is wearing off. Interior of bowl is clean, so this pipe was not used. (In the tobacciana books, just the porcelain bowls sell for over $775!). The pipe is 13 inches long. An awesome pipe for any tobacciana collection! Thanks for visiting More Than McCoy!
