Description: Vintage, estate pink and green tourmaline gemstone, set in 14 carat gold, crucifix pendant. Dates to mid 1900's.

Measures 2 inches in length, including the loop.

Crucifix made of tourmalines that look much like rubies and emeralds, in the pink and green colours of the Woman's Sufragette movement of the late 19th and early 20th century. At that time the colours were symbolic; now they are no less attractive, even if the original meaning is lost. The stones are particularly nice in shade and sparkle beautifully with a quiet contrast in colour that makes the pendant particularly pretty. The quality of the pendant is also seen in the secure and well-made setting, done in 14K gold.

Very good condition. No damage/loss/restoration.
