Description: Vintage cream colored hand pressed 100% wool felt ladies hat made by Chelton. There is a white ribbon with black edge and a bow on one side, with a pearl tipped pin included. It comes with a blue floral hat box that is 13-1/4" in diameter. This hat is in excellent, unused condition.
