Vintage China Celery Dishes Two Different German China; here are two vintage china “Celery Dishes” or “Relish Dishes” one white & pink transfer ware the other German China that is hand painted, both in excellent condition without any nicks, chips or “crazing”. These two vintage Celery Dishes measures as follows; the German one, gold with lavender florals, the larger of the two measures 11 ¾ inches long, 5 inches wide and stands 1 ¾ inches high. Marked as shown “Leuchtenburg Germany”.
The second one, the smaller of the two, the white with pink florals measures 10 ¾ inches long, 4 7/8 inches wide and stands 1 ½ inches high.
In decorating with China one thinks of hanging china plates in a wall composition however using different china in a wall composition will add a wider range of interest such as these vintage Celery Dishes.
Think of filling an entire wall such as a powder bath with different vintage china, from saucers, salad plates, shallow bowls and shallow dishes such as these vintage china celery dishes from ceiling to wainscoting or to the base board.
Much more decorative than wall paper or create a border at the ceiling with vintage china. Remember to use the “flat disk” to hang your china with in lieu of the old fashion “wire plate hangers”.
