Description: Vintage Butterick Misses' 4457 Shirt Dress with inverted pleats front & back Sewing Pattern, Size 18, Bust 38". The pattern is not dated but from the original price it is from the 1960's

The envelope has been opened but pattern is uncut, factory folded, complete with sewing instructions & is in new condition.
