Description: Vintage Butterick 5657 Misses' Tent Dress with round neckline & high elasticized waistline has front button & loop closing Sewing Pattern, Size 14, Bust 36. The pattern is not dated but from the original price I believe it is from the late 1960's or early 1970's. It is new old stock!

The envelope has been opened but pattern is uncut, factory folded, complete with sewing instructions & is in new condition.
