Description: Vintage Butterick 5206 Misses' Slightly fitted A line dress with or without button trim Sewing Pattern, Size 16, Bust 38". The pattern is not dated but from the original price I believe it is from the 1960.s It is new old stock!

The envelope has been opened but pattern is uncut, factory folded, complete with sewing instructions & is in new condition.
