Description: Vintage Butterick 5064 Misses' One piece Evening Dress in two lengths. with back inverted pleat with martingale belt, bell shaped sleeve, Size 14, Bust 36". The pattern is not dated but from the original price I believe it is from the 1970's. It is new old stock!

The envelope has been opened but pattern is uncut, factory folded, complete with sewing instructions & is in new condition.
