Description: Lehmann brand toy model of the American Boeing 707 Intercontinental jet airplane in original color illustrated box, complete with original display stand and extra water dip decals, made of hard plastic, marked "A Patent Lehmann Toy - Made in Western Germany." (Some have decals applied over the words "Made in Western Germany" indicating these were made in Argentina. They were not made in Argentina. It is our understanding this was done to avoid certain import duties on those exported from Western Germany to Argentina applicable at the time. These decals can be easily removed revealing the words "Made in Western Germany" embossed in the underside of the wing.) 1960's, 5" long.
