Description: This is an 8 inch diameter blue flower design plate. It could have been made in Japan, but I don't know for sure. The color is bright with minimal scratching to the paint. There is minor wear to the gold edging. No chips or cracks are noted. This could be a salad plate to a dinner service. This vintage blue flower plate looks beautiful when displayed on a table or wall.
