Description: We have 16 8X8" hand embroidered quilt blocks or squares from the 1940's. Each has a different design, all are embroidered in black and gold. The blocks are cream colored linen. Some are child story book themes and others are fairies, birds, ect. See photos for closer look. These came from a local estate sale and are in found in condition. a little dusty but not smelly.
