Description: This is a vintage 1950's oriental umbrella with bamboo ribs and handle. It is covered in rice paper handpainted with red flowers (tulips?) and butterflies, with a black criss cross pattern around the edge. When closed, it measures 21" from the base to the edge of the ribs. There are several tiny dot holes and two small slits which are not very noticable. It is in very good condition, considering its age and that it is made of rice paper.
