Description: This is the First Issue In The "ONCE UPON A RHYME" Collection. The artist is Renee Faure, and her name is located on the bottom right hand side under the painting. The scene shows a man and woman setting in the forest with trees, flowers, rabbits, and even a blue bird ready to land on her nest of blue eggs. The main background colors are brown, beige and cream. The back of the plate has "Roses Are Red; in the "Once Upon A Rhyme; Collection designed by Renee Faure; Limited Edition; 21 Firing Days; Plate number F894C. The back also has the rhyme: Roses are Red, Violets are Blue. Sugar is sweet, and so are You. Heinrich W. Germany. Bradex-Number 22-H18-8-1. The plate measures 8 inches in diameter.
