Soon after America entered World War II, patriotism reached a fever pitch! Everyone became involved in the war-effort in every imaginable way. From the soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines fighting in the mud, water and in the air to the housewives building aircraft and kids collecting scrap. Total Victory was on everyone's mind.

We were involved, we were at war, and we were in it to WIN! So it was ""Buy Victory Loans"", ""Save for Victory"" and ""V is for Victory"". And ultimately, there were thousands of Victory keepsake items and novelties produced during the war to bolster morale on the homefront. They quickly became World War II's most poignant and enduring symbols. Today, these pieces of our heritage are now known as ""V for Victory Collectibles"".
