Description: Marked on the metal inside, Made in USA, with the Whiting and Davis Logo. It is hard to read, but there. The Victorian metal frame has a gold tone over brass, but much is worn, also the white enamal to the floral is also missing in some sections. There is some green corrosion to the metal frame. Some of the enamel paint is missing in a few areas on one side, yet the other side mimimal wear. Still needs a proper cleaning. Measures 7 1/2" width of base, 5" tall. Also the lining is missing.
