Description: Victorian sterling silver chatelaine ram's horn, or snuff mull shape perfume bottle. Made by Gorham, USA, 19th century.

Measures a little over 2 1/8 inches accross and weighs 21g.

Superb moulding of curving silver bottle with surface texture in immitation of a real horn. Round cap screws on/off. Both bottle and cap have a safety chain. Engraved monogram on the cap.

Ring on chain for hanging as from a chatelaine / purse chain.

ENgraved Gorham mark is partly worn, but still clearly visible. Also engraved STERLING 82 and what looks like 7.

Condition is very good. Some negligible, minor dings on cap, commensurate with silver of 100 years old.
