Description: A fine Victorian period rose gold ring with a lovely faceted amethyst, c. 1880-1890. The shank has the tracing of a mark, it tests 10K, but may actually be 12K. The shank of the ring has bright cut engraved decoration. The amethyst measures 15mm by 12mm. The ring is a size 6 1/2 and is in excellent condition.
