Description: Gorgeous and fully wearable White Petticoat with a foot of beautiful Eyelet Lace layered over the bottom area.

It has a flat waist band with a single button closure in the back.

This can be worn as a long skirt with a light weight slip underneath or better yet a pair of pantaloons.

The waist is a 24". I used a green rubber band to keep the waist shut on the mannequin, which has a 24 1/2" waist, for the pictures. The hips are 50" and the bottom sweep is 80". Laying flat the measurements for the hips is 25" and the bottom is 40". It is 34" long.

There are no holes or rips and the material is very strong. The material is a lovely white cotton and needs a light go over with a iron or steam.
