Description: This small snuff box is I think made of horn or bone and the inside has had a stain applied to it...or may it is just be the remnants of the snuff it held for many, many years. The piece may well be Georgian rather than Victorian...certainly very old. Measures 2 1/4" in diameter and 1 1/8' in height. Has a lovely facet cut glass decoration in the centre of lid with great detailed engraving around this.
