Description: This lovely Victorian photo locket is a real beauty, possibly a mourning piece as garnets were so often used in this style of jewelry. Four genuine garnets make up the design of a four leaf clover on the front. Very elaborate detailing, at the top left is a diamond pattern and the four leaf clover is on a smooth surface of a rolled scroll. The back has a very pretty hammered sun ray design. Excellent vintage condition with only minimal surface wear on the back just around the out edge. Measures 1" inch tall by 3/4" inch wide.
