Description: For your consideration we are offering a Ladies Victorian Era Vanity Grooming Set in it's Original Box made by the Florence Mfg. Co. The fabric box contains a hand mirror, hair brush, comb, small brush, 2 little dresser jars with lids, a pair of little nail scissors, tweezers, nail buffer and nail file/cuticle tool. The box is made with 2 types of green fabir and features celluloid roses on top and the original yellow fabric on the interior. Even the hinges are fabric covered. The fabric portions of the box have overall light to moderate wear from age and storage. The harware on the box is in excellent condition and is in working condition. I am certain the hand mirror, hair brush and nail buffer are made from Gutta Percha material. I am not certain what type of material the other pieces are made of. There are a couple of tiny speck nicks in the Gutta Percha on the nail buffer, but it's fabric and corded edge are intact. Several of the pieces are marked Florence. The bottom of the box is marked Patent Applied For.
