Description: Victorian Hand Painted Cloth & Tin Fan - This is a unique fan, constructed from tin and hand painted cloth. When open, the fan is 8.5" in diameter. When closed, the fan is 9" long and the cloth is totally enclosed and protected by the tin. The fan is in excellent condition.
