Description:
The teapot has an oval plain oil can style form.
There is a bright cut engraved shield shaped and garland decorated cartouche with the engraved initial 'H' to one side.
The flush hinged hallmarked lid is fitted with a silver and painted pearwood finial.
The C scroll handle is also painted pear wood.
The teapot is a very good gauge of silver, very good quality and in excellent condition.
The hallmarks to the underside of the base and interior of the lid are all very clear.
There is no maker's mark.
