2 Victorian Dinner Plates--Gilt-Painted Bone China
Description: Pair of Bone China Dinner Plates with Painted Floral Decoration, Made in 19C, by Unknown Manufacturer (Probably English). The plates are circular with scalloped rims. They are decorated with naturalistic flowers on white ground. The rim is cobalt with gilt floral ornament and cartouches of naturalistic flowers on white ground. Unsigned. Dimensions: Each: 1-1/2" High, 9-3/4" Diameter. Total weight: 2-1/4 lbs. Condition: There is noticeable wear to the gilding, though the painted decoration is clean and bright.
