Description: This Victorian Chest is such a diminutive size, it could be considered for a child. It is made of Chestnut with the drawers having a bleached appearance and featuring hand dovetailing. The form is stepbacked with two narrow drawers on a top tablet over three drawers. Charming look....It measures 36 1/2" w., 16" d., 29" h. to three drawer surface and 37 1/4" h. to top section with two drawers and backsplash. Whether used for a child, or not, it is quite functional and because of its small stature, could be used anywhere, c. 1860
