Description: Cherry Victorian mantles are hard to find. This mantle has a top shelf with carved finials. Below is a large beveled glass mirror and two small candle shelves on each side with slender turned posts. The mantle shelf has a fancy carved moulding below the large rosettes on either side. Notice the two intricately carved blocks on each top corner of the firebox opening. The finish is in excellent condition. The firebox opening measures 32" wide by 33.5" tall. The mantle comes apart in two sections for ease in moving.
