Description: A Victorian Cavalry Officers Sword by Henry wilkinson of Pall Mall ,London,no.36491. Having a 34 3/4" single edged blade etched with foliage etc(the blade needs cleaning) 3 bar steel hilt with chequered back strap & pommel. Wire bound fish skin grip,1 strand missing. Contained in its original steel scabbard . There appears to be sword nicks to the outer bar of the grip which would suggest that this sword has seen some action.
