Description: A very attractive and sweet match safe with a cat sitting on top of a trunk, at each side there is a swing handle just like the real thing.

The interior reveals the chamber where matches would have been kept and the strike is on the interior of the lid, where the matches (non-safety of course) would have been struck.

Quite a majestic antique cat collectible dating to around 1880.

The base measures 2" x 1 1/2" x 2" tall to top of cat's head.
