Description: Mid 19th century salt pig, or glass rolling pin. Blue glass, measures 29 cm long and 5.4 cm diameter (11.1/2 inches by 2.1/8 inches). One end open in the usual style (you can put iced water in these with a cork at the end - they are excellent for rolling pastry). Excellent condition.
