Has velvet flower medallions of a dark blue gray separated by long spays feather or pedals the colors of plum & inky blue There is sturdy slate blue netting that makes up the crown or top. . In the back is periwinkle velvet bow.

The condition although I cannot say it is mint it is pretty good for such a old hat. The edges of the velvet adornments show slight tattering. The bow needs pressing.

The hat should be held in place with a couple of bobby pins.
