Description: Known as VAMP this exquisite Art Deco powder jar was produced circa 1925 and is shown on page 45 of Whitmyer: Bedroom & Bathroom Glassware of the Depression Years. This powder features a finial with an upward tilted head of a flapper with short bobbed hair. The four footed base is hexagon shaped with alternating panels of ladies with outstretched arms and a large daisy. The underside is marked Ramses. The jar with lid measures 5 1/2 inches x 4 3/4 inches. With the exception of a small nick on one corner of the lid and a small chip to the inner rim underneath it both lid and jar are in excellent condition for its age.
