Description: Very nice English hallmarked sterling and tortoise shell page turner. About 12" long and quite impressive scrolling on the sterling. Made in Birmingham and dated 1862. Condition is very good with a couple of high point of the sterling worn through and some overall wear. No chips or cracks.
