Description: An unusual 19th century 14k gold lava cameo mask ring with wirework setting and shank. The lava is carved into a grimacing face and set into twisted and knotted gold wire. Large and yet delicate at the same time. Very good condition. Lava carving measures 3/4” by 5/8”. Size 9.
