Description: This Hedi Schoop Duck has been called many things - and people are somewhat confused about its use or purpose. Some call it a cigarette holder and ashtray; others call it a candy dish; still others call it a planter. Whatever you choose to call it, it's a delightful piece of Hedi Schoop, richly embossed with gold! The duck is 5.5" tall, and 8" long. He's free of chips and cracks. The Hedi Schoop name is inscribed on the bottom, and a previous owner has thrown some paint on the bottom of the piece in order to make the name show up better. As shown in the pictures, there appears to be a kiln crack, a quarter of an inch long, just above the neck. It in no way detracts from the beauty of this piece, but wanted to share all information possible with you.
