Description: Original Signed Mixed Media Pencil and Watercolor on Artist's Board, ca. 1975. This piece represents the Charlotte Mecklenburg signing of the Mecklenburg Declaration of Independence of May 20, 1775. The art is on paper, glued to board and nicely double-matted in gold and black. The paper measures 9 1/4" x 19," the board is 11 1/4" x 21," and the matting is 18" x 27 1/2."
