Description: A vintage cast iron triangle with wall mounting hanging hook and striker. Previous owner insisted his ancestors had used this when traveling on/with a wagon train in the 1800's. Measures 17 in. triangle. 14 in. x 11.5 mounting bracket and striker with hook is 11.75 in. x 3 in. This has been hand-forged and would have been made in Oklahoma. This item is a great piece of Americana to use and display.
